TVB Sunday Report: Creating a Space for Students to Share Their Feelings

Thank you, TVB (Television Broadcasts Limited) News, for featuring the principal, teacher, student, and parents from JUST FEEL's partner school, highlighting the impact of the "Compassionate School Programme."

Students, facing diverse pressures on their growth journey, require a safe space to express their feelings. JUST FEEL 感講's "Compassionate School Programme," in partnership with over 40 primary schools, not only provides a Social-Emotional Learning Curriculum to help students recognize and express their feelings but also supports teachers and parents in learning Compassionate Communication to help them perceive and respond to students' emotional needs.

YuSi, a Primary 6 student interviewed from our partner school, actively engaged in class while concealing significant internal pressures. Despite academic excellence, she often experiences anxiety and insomnia due to exams and the transition to secondary school. YuSi's teacher and parents eventually understood her concerns through the mood-tracking journal and Compassionate Parents' Day, a collaborative event by JUST FEEL and the school. They learned to provide YuSi with more encouragement and support.
